Promethean was selected as part of an RFP process to partner with Assembly for the development of a 3-story residential building located at the corner of St. Felix Street and Hanson Place in Brooklyn, New York, comprising a 1,195 GSF community facility, a two-car garage, and two 1,500 GSF residential units, for a total of approximately 5,300 GSF. The project utilizes conventional construction for the cellar and ground levels and modular construction, built off-site by Assembly OSM, for the 2nd and 3rd floors.
